Jennifer Hudson baby boy! David Daniel Otunga Jr. was born Monday. Check out pictures and video here!
Jennifer Hudson gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Monday. Though the former American Idol never confirmed her pregnancy, it was pretty clear she was pregnant when she sang at Michael Jackson’s memorial service. The Oscar-winning actress and Grammy-winning singer gave birth to David Daniel Otunga Jr. who weighed 7 lbs., 14 oz., at birth.
Her rep confirms, “The baby is beautiful and perfect,” says Hudson’s rep Lisa Kasteler. “His parents are ecstatic.”
This is very happy news for Jennifer, who back in October of 2008, lost her mother, brother, and nephew, as they were brutally murdered. The tragic murders outraged the country, and an outpouring of public support for Jennifer ensued.
I know the country rejoices with her in this wonderful, happy time in her life.
Congratulations Jennifer! We will have the pictures of her precious little boy posted as soon as some are released!

Congratulations Jennifer and David, on your precious bundle of joy.
He will not take away your lose but he certainly will bring the joy that you certainly deserve.
Babies only are made in Heaven so receive him warmly and Love him unconditionaly as our Lord has loved us.

To start with, I really respected Jennifer Hudson. I was saddened by the deaths of her family members.
What she evidently doesn’t realize is that she is a “role model” for young girls(black and white, hispanic, etc.)and her actions for premarital sex and a baby out of wedlock is further saying “it’s ok to have premarital sex and and have a baby out of wedlock”. Many of these girls are young, inexperienced, and have lived on welfare and when things like this happen it further burdens our state’s welfare system and continues to keep these young girls in a situation that they cannot get out of. Ms. Hudson, I personally believe you need to apologize to all girls for all your actions.

No! Jennifer actions is not saying that it is ok to have premarital sex or having a child out of wedlock. She is simply saying that people ‘human beings’ are not perfect…and things like that do happen…would you rather that she had an abortion when she found out that she was pregnant?
I hope you are PERFECT and that you have never done anything out of the ordinary in your lifetime.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! I am sooo happy for Ms.Hudson & Mr. Otenga. @once a fan, who feels Ms. Hudson owes an “apology” to fans: you can NOT be serious. You sound like that chucklehead 80’s VP hopeful, Dan Quayle. He got his undies all in a bunch over the “Murphy Brown” show because the character became an unwed mom. Teenage girls who are getting pregnant aren’t doing it because celebrities are, or they would be doing drugs and jet-setting. They’re getting pregnant because nobody (read: the parent/guardian)is taking the time to explain to them (or the boys who impregnate them)why unprotected sex outside of marriage is wrong.
I am disappointed by the attitude that you have towards this woman and her life choices. She deserves happiness, and can afford to provide for her child without the benefit of a welfare check.
Give teens (male & female) something positive to do, PREPARE them for the future, EXPOSE them to positive experiences. All of the former is the responsibility of parents and the school system to engender/encourage. Teach kids a worthwhile skill, give them responsibility (after school job) - oh, wait, that’s right. Now you need an expensive LICENSE to babysit, open a lemonade stand, or perform any useful task that young people used to once upon a time. With nothing to do besides play video games (can’t play outside because of child predators), commit crimes, watch television, etc. all that’s left IS sex with random people without protection. Sheesh..Can’t blame this woman for having a LIFE; SHE wasn’t a teen mom…Go tell Sara Palin and her kid to apologize for pretending to be holier than thou, knowing all the while the horizontal mambo was going on under her ROOF!

to the once a fan lady…it is NOT up to Jennifer Hudson to raise these young girls…parents should set the example for their children…so that children do not have to look up to celebrities and want to be like them….these kids need to really want to be like Jesus!…or as close to being like him as theuy can…being caring…good law abiding citizens…learning to be honest…not being so dang judgemental like half of the poeple who leave messages like you did on this blog…so CONGRATULATIONS Jennifer on your new baby…and as for you..once a fan…GET A LIFE!
